Builder. Operator. Founder of three technology ventures.
Sathya has spent nearly ten years building technology for companies at every stage, from early startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. He has led engineering teams that delivered products some of the world's largest organisations run on.
Today he builds AI products and security for enterprises, and advises founders and investors on acquisitions and growth.
He has sat on every side of the table: building the product, selling to the enterprise, and preparing companies for investors and buyers. He's seen how many strong founders stall for lack of the right team at the right moment. Roketfig is his answer: enterprise-grade engineering, finance and go-to-market, working beside early-stage founders, with capital ready at the end.

Janani Sathyamurthy
Operator. Co-founder. The one who makes it run.
Janani co-founded the group's AI venture and runs its operations as COO. She is the operator behind the day-to-day: the people, the processes and the partners that turn a plan into delivery.
At Roketfig, she leads operations end to end: founder selection, batch delivery, partner relationships and the founder experience. From the first application to Liftoff Day, she owns the calendar, the commitments and the follow-through for every company in the batch.
Her job is simple to state and hard to do: make sure every company gets exactly what it was promised, on time. Founders get a program that runs on schedule, and partners and investors get a batch that is ready when we say it will be.

Senthil Kumar
Finance lead. Investment-readiness expert.
Senthil leads a chartered accountancy practice advising businesses on tax and regulation, audit and assurance, corporate law, and finance and accounting. He works on the numbers investors look at first, and the ones that decide whether a deal closes.
At Roketfig, he leads CFO services. He gets each founder's books, financial model, cap table and compliance ready for investor diligence, so the numbers tell a clear story before the first meeting.
Too often, promising companies lose time, or a round, because their finances aren't ready. Senthil's job is to make sure that never happens to a Roketfig company: when an investor asks, the answers are already there.

Why we started

Too many strong companies stall for reasons that have nothing to do with the idea. The product isn't ready for a technical review. The numbers don't hold up in diligence. Sales is still the founder's side job. Investors pass, and nobody says why.

These are fixable problems. So we built an accelerator that fixes them, with real teams doing real work alongside founders, then opens the door to capital.
