What we collect

• Applications: your name, email, company or firm, website or LinkedIn, and your answers to the questions on the form you choose (founder, mentor, investor or partner).
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools it loads.

How we use it

• To read and assess your application, contact you about it and, if you join, run the program with you.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

• The Roketfig team and the partners and judges who help review applications, only as far as they need it.
• Investors, only when you agree to it.
• Service providers who run the site and our email for us, including Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (analytics). They may process data outside the UAE, under contracts that protect it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Applications from companies we don't select are deleted within 24 months, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for a later batch.
• Information about companies in the program is kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards as the law requires.
• Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
• Complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

• The site uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.
